Ayurvedic herbs like Ashwagandha, Guggulu, Shallaki, Punarnava, Gotu Kola, Brahmi, Triphala, and Haritaki are readily available cures for all the RA patients.

Extract powder of these herbs, make their juices, teas, or add them to your routine meals. Well, you can also use market-based herbal supplements, but make sure that they are pure and contain no steroids.

 

  1. Work on your lifestyle and sleep cycle

For this, patients should practice meditation and perform Pranayama daily.
